to help the body heal itself. Massage
produces the general beneficial effects of relaxing muscular
tension, stimulating blood circulation and improving the tone and

DIFFERENT TYPES OF MASSAGE?
Swedish-
Total relaxation massage, the
perfect answer to a stressful life-style. Includes a soothing face,
scalp, foot and body massage.
Aromatherapy-
De-stress the body and mind with
specially chosen essential (aromatic) oils.
Reiki -
Calm the emotions and frayed nerves
with this very peaceful and soothing energy treatment. One does not
disrobe for this balancing treatment. Perfect for the severely ill,
deeply stressed and/or traumatized.

Reflexology-
Ancient Oriental therapy that
stimulates reflex points in the feet, hands, face and scalp. Totally
relaxes, energizes and rejuvenates.
Sampler-
Mixture of all modalities
as needed and wanted in a customized massage.
Deep
Tissue/Neuromuscular-
Chronic muscle and joint
restrictions are treated with deep tissue massage to release tension
and relieve pain.
Leaving the client in agony with
deep work, however, is not the goal. Strokes of Swedish
massage are always combined to make the session soothing and
therapeutic at the same time.
Shiatsu -
Another ancient Oriental treatment
that works the energy meridians (as with acupuncture but using the
hands, not needles). Balances the energy system and works pressure
points that carry the body's tension.
EMF Balancing -
Phase One - Wisdom and Emotions
This session releases stress and establishes a new
pattern of freedom and well-being. Experience the energetic balance
between head and heart.
Phase Two- Self Direction
& Support
This session gracefully releases the energy
restraints of the past, and promotes awareness of Self-Support and
Self-Direction. (You must take a Phase One session before
taking Phase Two.)
